These terms of use apply to your use of the ELITE Compare website (the "Site"). They were last updated on the date of publication of this website and are reviewed at least annually.

ELITE Compare is a trading style of ELITE Field Marketing Ltd (company number 16619026), registered at Unit 5, Albert Edward House, The Pavilions, Ashton-on-Ribble, Lancashire PR2 2YB. We are registered with the Information Commissioner's Office under number ZC235634.

2. What we do and do not do

ELITE Compare is a comparison introducer. We publish information and links to regulated comparison services and providers who can quote and contract with you.

We are not an energy supplier, telecoms provider, insurer, mortgage lender or FCA-regulated adviser. We do not display quotes on this site, we do not arrange policies or contracts, and we do not give regulated financial advice. Any decision to buy a product or switch provider is between you and the regulated provider.

3. Using the Site

You may use the Site for lawful, personal, non-commercial purposes only. You must not scrape, reverse-engineer, interfere with, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Site or its underlying systems.

We do our best to keep the Site accurate and available, but we cannot guarantee that every page or link will be error-free at all times. We may suspend or update the Site without notice.

4. Links to third parties

The Site contains links to third-party websites and comparison services. These links are provided for information and convenience. The third party is responsible for its own content, pricing, terms and services. We recommend reading their terms and privacy notices before you use them.

We may earn a commission when you click through to a provider or when we refer your details with your explicit consent. This never changes the price you pay.

The content, design, branding and materials on the Site are owned by or licensed to ELITE Field Marketing Ltd and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute or modify them without our written permission, except for your own personal use.

To the extent permitted by law, ELITE Field Marketing Ltd is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the Site, from any third-party site you visit via a link on the Site, or from any decision you make based on information on the Site.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
